Job Description
- Communicating effectively and professional to your portfolio of clients
- Preparation of year end accounts
- Preparation and submissions of financial statements
- Completing corporation to set deadline
- Completion of personal tax and self-assessment tax returns
- Providing advice and support to your clients on their accounts
- Oversee aspects of bookkeeping when required
- Knowledge of current regulatory framework around small and micro entities
- Liaising with HMRC to solve client queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- QBE or ACCA/ICAEW qualified
- Previous experience of working within practice accounts
- Strong and effective communication skills both verbally and written
- Xero and IRIS knowledge preferred but not essential
- Ideally personal tax experience
- Positive and willing attitude
- Friendly and approachable manner towards the team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
