Responsibilities

  • You will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and generating new business in existing accounts.
  • Working at the heart of our client’s Commercial Team, you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, regularly communicating with them and being attentive to their needs to achieve long-term success.
  • You will oversee all aspects of the procurement and delivery of products to customers and will use your excellent problem-solving skills to resolve any conflicts, providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • At a minimum, one year’s proven work experience as an inside sales account manager in the IT industry, preferably in the managed services, cloud or security sector
  • A good general understanding of the technology industry – products and solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • To be a team player with the ability to co-ordinate and work closely with the rest of the sales and technical teams
  • To be detail-oriented with the ability to break down projects into smaller tasks
  • A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
