The ideal candidate may currently be a junior partner or senior manager within a small or medium sized practice who wants to progress their career but may be frustrated by the lack of promotional prospects or a current role that is restricted and stifled by traditional views of how a practice should be run. Or they may be a partner within an existing practice who is looking for a practice with a more modern approach to their professional career. You would not be expected to have this as an integral part of your role. This role also does not require you to have a fee following, but could certain entertain the option to purchase a book of fees.
