Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for agreeing a fair settlement with our customers within policy liability and taking pride in a customer-first perspective. This role will suit those comfortable with self-managing, making decisions on their own initiative, and experience managing Claims.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Manage and agree solutions with customers
- Manage our customer’s journey, identifying and eliminating failure points and working with the teamto resolve these under your own initiative
- Maintain quality of portfolio and with full compliance of CPC, DPA, CICA and all relevant legislation
- Handle external/ Internal partner queries on cases
- Understand customer feedback on the process and what is important to our customers
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners, in a professional and approachable manner
- Share findings and feedback with colleagues to improve our process and increase customer experience
