Job Description

• Check that partner organisations have satisfactory finance processes and policies in place.
• Review their financial controls and ensure they have an efficient financial reporting process in place.
• Arrange and attend (virtual) meetings with key partner organisations to carry out reviews of their operations and finances.
• Continue to mature guidance related to financial management and provide long-term coaching to the partner companies ensuring any risks are highlighted and mitigated.
• Liaise with the Finance Business Partners and financial accounting team and assist with the audit schedule.
• Carry out necessary due diligence and assess financial tools and templates and implement necessary improvements.
• Ensure the finance system is kept up to date.
• Work closely with the CFO to review and develop resources and accessible training to the wider organisation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate must:

• Be a qualified Accountant.
• Have strong knowledge of either SORP, GAAP or FRS 102.
• Be an excellent communicator.
• Have experience working in a multicurrency environment.
• Have proven experience working with third parties.
