Job Description

Working in an evolving organization, you will play a key part in ensuring the finance department is running smoothly, supporting the junior members of the team with day to day aspects and keeping all financial records up to date and accurate. This is an exciting time of growth for the organization, so the Senior team are looking for your involvement and support in finance projects.

• Supporting the team with month end processes
• Analyzing and reporting margin and overhead variances
• Reconciling quarter VAT returns to the nominal ledger
• Reconciling balance and general ledger accounts
• Credit control management
• Cash flow management
• Assisting with stock reporting
• Assisting with year end statutory accounts
• Liaising with auditors year end
• Submissions of statistical returns
• Supporting with ad hic finance projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fully AAT qualified is advantageous
• Part ACCA/ACA is desirable but not essential (QBE is considered)
• Experience within a similar level role is essential
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Able to work to strict deadlines
• Willingness to learn
