Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Create budgets and forecasts
• Provide support to colleagues to best understand the impact of their spending or projected budgets and forecasts
• Work with senior leadership to drive change throughout the business, with finance at the heart of the conversation
• Lead the compliance of your work with internal and external standards
• Influence on the setting up of potential new finance structure, to best streamline the processes of the company

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Personality and communication skills are always key for a finance business partner, translating data to both finance and non-finance professionals. There's a focus in this role for reporting and analysis and the ideal candidate will either be studying towards a qualification or fully qualified in ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
