Carry out market and buyer research to help clients with due diligence and other assistance with the business sale process
Undertake price negotiations, debt/equity raising, forecasts, due diligence and other acquisition services
Assist on a wide range of forensic accounting assignments, this covers the full spectrum of litigation support services
Undertake technical work and being available to provide technical expertise
Plan, supervise and review work of junior staff
Produce draft bills for approval
Assist with internal compliance for areas such as anti-money laundering and client control
Promote the firm generally, involve yourself in seminars and other networking activities, develop professional relationships with referral sources and develop the firm’s services.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Either fully ICAEW/ACCA qualified or within the last year of your studies.
Come from a practice background in general accountancy, the practice experience does not have to be in corporate finance or forensic accounting work.
Excellent levels of communication, technical accounting, Microsoft Office (including Excel) and report writing skills are essential.
