Job Description
  • To clean up ledgers before year end - using the accounting software
  • Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
  • Reconcile third party accounts
  • Key account reconciliations to be completed for year end and the Audit
  • Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls
  • To ensure that all accounts are clean and accurate before year end

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience in Accounts reconciliation and working on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of Accounting
  • Sound understanding of legal entities, VAT treatment, dealing with cash allocation, credit & debit notes
  • SAGE 1000
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional and organised
  • Enthusiastic
