Owns key PMO assets and holds accountability for regular updates
Manages own smaller projects as required to ensure delivery to agreed time, cost and scope.
Junior PM skillset an advantage as may closely work with Project Manager to support/plan/track regional deployments
Assists in the initiation, coordination and analysis of resource allocation, financial controls and documentation preparation
Creates and manages the change management process tracking scope, cost and timeline
Prepares complex presentation materials for senior management reports utilising Programme data
Develops and creates PMO management reports and key performance parameters
Assists with the preparation of a variety of reports covering budget status, forecast reports and other management reports
Essential skills and experience:
Finance function/project experience
Experience of PMO in a complex >$100m transformation programme
Pro-active and well developed organisational and interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel, PPT, MSP and SharePoint skills
Desirable skills and experience
Experience of R2R Finance Process Tower
Business degree / professional qualification
Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
Appropriate project qualifications
Accounting/finance qualifications
