Process two separate monthly payrolls across the UK and Ireland, under guidance of Payroll Manager.
Interact closely with colleagues within HR and Finance to provide quality services to staff internally
Liaise with auditors, both internal and external.
Manage the UK & ROI’s tax obligations, for international transferees, in collaboration with PwC.
Assist in the completion of payroll annual returns including P11Ds
Understand current payroll legislation changes and apply them to the payroll process.
Regularly review employee expenses reimbursed via Concur, ensuring compliance with Global and Local policies & Revenue BIK rules/payroll tax legislation, completeness of supporting documents, analysis & trends etc for both UK and Ireland
Prepare and maintain guidance for both employees and managers, locally and overseas, on the completion and approval of expenses to maintain a robust and compliant expense process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An experienced payroll professional, ideally with experience with reviewing expenses and Benefits in Kind
Experience within a global Organisation an advantage
