Job Description

As the incoming Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be tasked with the following set of duties, including:
- Accurate processing of all invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing and payment of employee expenses
- Weekly payment runs
- Assisting with transactional month end tasks
- Additional ad hoc duties as required


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As the successful applicant, you will possess extensive experience working in a similar role which had a high degree of autonomy. You will ideally be AAT qualified or equivalent, and possess excellent attention to detail. Other desirable attributes include:
- Excellent excel knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise your workload efficiently and effectively
