Preparing monthly management accounts for at least one entity
Producing the Board Pack – internal reporting tool used by local management using excel
Submitting Group, Statutory and Regulatory reporting to required deadlines
Working with external support where required to deliver taxation and legal calculations
Ensuring clear, robust, and reliable processes and controls (e.g., reconciliations) to support accuracy and understanding of reported numbers, also investigating any issues proactively to find answers.
Maintaining technical knowledge of financial reporting and being the point of reference regarding new (and existing) standards
Playing an active role in the continuous improvement of Finance Department processes & procedures
We are looking for someone Qualified or Finalist/QBE with strong financial accounting; statutory reporting, balance sheet and excel skills.
