Job Description
  • Responding to and processing customer orders
  • Dealing with customer and retailer queries
  • Investigating and resolve customer delivery shortages
  • Booking Transport
  • Organizing deliveries with customers and keeping them updated
  • Processing invoices
  • Processing credit notes
  • Ensure customer invoices are paid according to account terms
  • Cash/bank allocation
  • Processing customer statements
  • General administrative and ad hoc duties
  • Answering the phone and responding to emails

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have good communication and time management skills
  • Be self-motivated with an eye for detail
  • Eager to learn
  • Have confidence speaking to range of people on the telephone
  • Have the ability to juggle constantly with changing priorities
  • Ability to priorities own workload
  • Experience of Sage Accounting would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given
  • Experienced in IT skills for example Word and Excel (We and have our own in-house system/database and offer full training)
