Job Description

The key responsibility for the bookkeeper are:

  • Inputting or uploading supplier invoices into Sage Line 50
  • Accurate management of the company's order system
  • First Point of contact for the finance team
  • Bank payment runs
  • Regular bank reconciliations
  • Timesheet maintenance
  • Supporting with the annual audit
  • Adhoc hoc admin support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The Suitable candidates will also have:

  • SAGE experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office including Excel
  • You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of seniority
