Maintain the books of account including purchase, sales, and general ledger for an SME
Respond to requests of information from the CEO
Respond to requests for invoices and other information from sales staff
Produce Monthly Management Accounts
VAT Returns
Managing Debtors and Creditors
Liaise with auditors
Ensure all statutory requirements are met in respect of HMRC, GDPR and any other relevant bodies
The Successful Applicant
Experience of managing a Companies Accounts would be beneficial.
Taking full responsibility for a range of Finance duties
Its important to have excellent communications skills
Confident Excel User and General IT ability
The candidate must be able to travel to Sevenoaks during the training period / Handover
