This is a position based at Neath for 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
To assist in the administration and processing of specific areas within the HR service.
To assist with and respond to customer enquiries relating to the HR and HR systems.
To create, update and maintain accurate and up to date manual and computerised records ensuring compliance with school procedures and processes.
To liaise with members of staff within the school and also with external agencies in relation to matters pertaining to staff.
To provide general administrative support to the wider HR team including the production of minutes as appropriate.
To maintain and up-date filing systems accurately and promptly in line with departmental and data protection requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates will ideally hold a level 2 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience, a Level 2 qualification in English & Math and be IT literate.
Experience of working in a customer service environment and an understanding of HR issues is desirable.
