Job Description

• You will be working closely with the other partners in the business to provide quality reviews for listed clients and others that require one.
• You will be providing technical support to the team and organise and provide necessary internal training sessions
• You will be expected to liaise closely with HAT on cold reviews, communicating findings, implementing improvements / training and monitoring procedures.
• You will also be review and monitoring reports published by QAD and the FRC and communicate any findings, implementing improvements and training and monitoring as needed.
• You will assist the audit compliance principal with internal audit documentation and manuals monitoring visits from ICAEW, reviewing compliance with international standard on quality control and looking ahead; the replacement by ISQM 1&2 and changes to ISAs
• To be a successful Applicant for this role, you must be a fully qualified ACA/ACCA accountant and be an experienced advisor with specific exposure to Aim & Listed clients within the UK
• You will be the firms point of contact for all queries relating to auditing UKGAAP and IFRS accounting standards, and so must enjoy providing training in house to the firms audit teams, keeping them up to date with all technical standards
