Job Description

You will come from an extensive background in practice and be experienced in the preparation of year end statutory accounts, management accounts, tax compliance, dealing with client queries and building strong client relationships.

You will work closely with the Partners whilst working on your own diverse client portfolio preparing accounts for a wide range on non-audit clients.   • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Preparation and review of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
  • Preparation of accounts for a wide range on non-audited clients.
  • Corporation tax computations
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Supervising junior staff and reviewing their work
  • Liaising with Managers and Partners
  • Dealing with client queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ACA/ ACCA Qualified (ideally)
  • Finalist/ Part Qualified/ AAT Qualified also considered
  • Good working knowledge of accountancy software including Sage and Xero
  • Practice experience is essential
