Job Description

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the administrative and diagnostic services of the department.

  • General administrative duties including; managing email inbox, filing, assisting team with various administrative tasks
  • Assisting and aiding a training manager to prepare new employees for the job in the organization
  • Respond to enquiries from service users to provide information in line with agreed protocols and procedures
  • Provide administrative support in the event of an outbreak/ emergency.
  • Contributes to the maintenance of a safe working environment, work in a safe manner and maintain standards of conduct and working practice in accordance with corporate and Health & Safety policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good understanding and knowledge of a full range of administrative procedures and organizational procedures.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in the use of MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in the use of information systems
  • Advanced keyboard skills and knowledge of telephony/transcription systems and general office equipment.
  • Highly organized and have the ability to work to deadlines
