Job Description
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the administrative and diagnostic services of the department.
- General administrative duties including; managing email inbox, filing, assisting team with various administrative tasks
- Assisting and aiding a training manager to prepare new employees for the job in the organization
- Respond to enquiries from service users to provide information in line with agreed protocols and procedures
- Provide administrative support in the event of an outbreak/ emergency.
- Contributes to the maintenance of a safe working environment, work in a safe manner and maintain standards of conduct and working practice in accordance with corporate and Health & Safety policies.
