Job Description
  • Assisting the technical team with ad-hoc queries from other departments.
  • Liaising with Warranty Providers and Building Control companies.
  • Creating, compiling, preparing, copying and distributing plans electronically and at times hard copy plans and information.
  • Assisting with diary management including setting up, scheduling, booking and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and taking detailed messages.
  • Compiling and keeping up-to-date spreadsheets and trackers reporting on progress.
  • File and retrieve company documents, records and reports ensuring filing is up to date and well managed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all dealings in your position.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will ideally you have some experience gained in a similar role (but this is not essential) and working as part of a team.
  • 5 x GCSE including English and Math.
  • You’ll need a positive approach with a professional attitude to enable you to deal confidently with colleagues at all levels.
  • The ability to priorities, multi task and work to strict deadlines.
  • Accurate data entry.
  • Fully IT conversant with MS suite.
  • Methodical and numerate with a high attention to detail in the face of tight deadlines.
