  • VAT return preparation & submission
  • Annual financial reporting including annual account submission
  • Supporting operational processes including employee expense management and new suppliers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

XERO system skills - these are a must, working in a standalone finance role, working predominantly from home, you will be required to hit the ground running, so previous experience with this system is necessary. Good varied bookkeeping experience - you will be responsible for transactional duties; sales ledger, credit control, purchase ledger and timely payment management as well as monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
You will be someone who is naturally organized, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You will also be someone who has a flexible and calm approach as you will be working within an evolving and fast paced environment.
