Job Description

You will assist in providing clerical and administrative support to the functions and staff of the Social Services Directorate, including supporting social work practitioners across a range of services. Your duties will involve updating and retrieving information from the Database and electronic document management system in order to maintain accurate records, and dealing with telephone queries from member of the public and partner agencies.

You will need to be a strong team player with excellent ICT skills, an experience of using Microsoft Office products, supported by a good standard of education is essential. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. An experience of using information and administrative systems would be an advantage.
