Support the Recruitment & HR Specialist in the planning and execution of recruitment strategy
Assist the candidate journey to ensure a positive experience
Collaborate with hiring managers and work closely with HR Business Partners and the Recruitment & HR Specialist to understand business needs and effectively recruit
Execute recruitment campaigns within agreed timelines with as focus on cost reduction
Source and screen candidates for vacancies
Schedule interviews and deliver candidate assessment Centre’s
Support employee onboarding, liaising with colleagues and line managers to ensure onboarding and induction plans are in place
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have an interest in HR or Recruitment
Can liaise with hiring managers to gather their requirements
Have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and can make effective recommendations and decisions
Can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Have excellent attention to detail and time management, able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
