Job Description

The role involves supporting the logistics function and a very busy warehouse. No previous knowledge of purchasing and/or logistics is required. You'll oversee the levels of warehouse stock and place orders as needed using IT & Digital Services. Tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.

You'll maintain updated records of Purchase orders and deliveries and manage invoice exceptions, Liaising with suppliers in relation to delivery, including shipping documentation and dealing with queries related to receipts to match invoices.

You'll collate data required to complete KPI reporting and to assist in the analysis of future stock requirements as well as assist with data entry and administration of stock checks.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A pleasant telephone manner with the ability to liaise with suppliers and warehouse staff.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team to ensure all of the required work is carried out in good time and can also work on their own initiative.
  • Completely customer focused attitude
  • Computer literate, Word, Excel, Outlook
