An understanding of confidentiality is essential. Experience of working within the NHS is desirable, but an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn is also very important. The applicants must possess demonstrable experience of administrative / office skills and knowledge, plus additional experience of working in a busy administrative / office environment. Experience of Data Entry using Excel Spreadsheets would be useful.
The successful individual will need to be hard working, a team player with good verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate would have office administration experience, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and databases.
The ability to priorities work to meet deadlines and the ability to work without supervision is essential for this post.
