Job Description

You will work closely with the commercial team, supporting them with general administration and data entry. Responsibilities will include: -

  • General administration of the CRM software
  • Data entry management for proposals, revisions to proposals and change orders
  • Data and report gathering for senior management.
  • Assessment of daily metrics for the proposals team
  • Reporting from the CRM software on weekly/monthly/yearly trends across the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A degree in business management or related OR experience in an administrative role in a professional environment.
  • Strong numerical skills, with a good understanding of general software packages, for example, MS Office.
