Job Description
  • To deal with customers enquiries (orders, invoice, product, prices, complaints)
  • To maintaining an accurate record of product information & pricing (catalogues and marketing materials)
  • To assist and support the sales team with quotations
  • To process orders (follow up and give update to customers on shipment status)
  • To deal with documentation
  • To manage returns and credit notes
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure timely shipments to customers
  • To monitor stock levels to ensure availability
  • To help and support develop the UK market

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within Export or Sales Administration is a strong advantage
  • Excellent administration and communication skills
  • High level of commercial awareness
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Strongly organized
  • Dynamic personality and a team player
