Job Description

The successful individual will undertake a varied role in which the workload will primarily consist of leading audits from planning to completion, preparation and review of statutory accounts and get exposure to a wide range of clients from an array of industries and sectors.

In addition the role involve the training and development of junior members of staff and plenty of client interaction so strong communication skills are desirable. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA Qualified (Finalist also considered) with experience of leading external audits from planning to completion and come from a practice background.

• Leading audits from planning to completion
• Preparation of statutory accounts for audit and non-audit clients
• Preparation of corporation tax recompilations
• Identifying tax planning opportunities
• Reviewing the work of junior staff
• Dealing with ad hoc client queries
• Training and developing junior members of staff

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA / ACCA Qualified
• Experience of leading audits from planning to completion
• Experience of working in practice is essential
