Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Operations you will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance department and the management of a Finance Administrator, the main responsibilities are as follows - 

- Oversee the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts 
- Prepare annual financial submissions
- Set budgets and work with other departments to forecast future financial needs
- Be the main point of contact for external and internal audits
- Oversee the processing and preparation of invoices, banking and payroll returns that are completed by the Finance Administrator. 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must be have proven experience in the above duties and have worked within a busy finance function. Previous management experience is not essential but you must be available to start within a week.
