The People Services Coordinator will be the first point of contact for colleagues and customers to the People Services Team, providing a high-quality People Services administration service across the entire employment life cycle. You will provide general advice and guidance on people matters, resolving queries at first point of contact where possible and use our HR system to produce people data for review and inclusion in reports.
The People Services Coordinator will also be responsible for pre employment checks for our Care services and experience in completing these checks is essential, as is the ability to quickly form positive relationships across the organisation and with our candidates. Working with our Payroll Administrator and Managers, you will oversee all starter, leaver and changes for payroll. Experience is a similar role is essential, as are great communication skills and an understanding of employment legislation, which we will support to continue to develop with.
