  • Checking and coding Plant equipment sales invoices for processing
  • Keeping accurate records and recording data onto Excel Spreadsheet
  • Dealing with any Supplier queries
  • Answering calls and directing to relevant department

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of payroll administration 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Good communication skills
  • Good excel and word processing skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
