Job Description
- Acting as first point of contact for queries
- Booking meeting rooms
- Liaising with venues, trainers and catering companies
- Arranging transport for clients attending training, job interviews or volunteering projects
- Updating and maintaining database systems
- Processing training certificates
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
- Raising and payment of invoices
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
