Job Description
Reporting to the Information & Data Protection Officer you will act as first point of contact for all telephone enquiries relating to Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests.
- Logging and acknowledging receipt of all requests
- Determine the appropriate action needed for each case
- Monitoring and recording all requests
- Maintaining up to date information
- Drafting and responding to information requests
- Dealing with Appeals & Complaints from the Information Commissioner's Office and the Ombudsman's office
- Collating statistical data
