Job Description
We are seeking to recruit two enthusiastic and reliable members of staff to each work 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis as part of the Schools In Reach Team. These posts will be based one in Carmarthen, exact bases to be confirmed at interview.
The post holders will be required to undertake a wide range of administrative duties including receipt and distribution of mail, first point of contact for the service, operate a patient administration system (WPAS) and Care Partner. They will also be required to process referrals and maintain an accurate database

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post. The post holders will be required to work flexibly in line with the seven day working planned for the transformation of Mental Health and across different bases if required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and E-Mail is essential. They will be expected to demonstrate excellent organization skills and be flexible and adaptable in their approach to work. They must be able to work on their own initiative, use tact and diplomacy where appropriate and possess excellent communication skills. A well-proven ability to operate within strict boundaries of confidentiality is essential.
