Job Description
  • Recording day to day financial transactions - posting to the ledger
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Process supplier payments
  • Prepare sales invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Entering weekly timesheets
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Resolving queries
  • Oversee building maintenance
  • Manage fleet administration requirements
  • Other adhoc finance and administration tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within a small SME business, in an accounts and administration role
  • IT Literate - experience of Sage line 50 and Microsoft suite
  • Self-motivated, able to manage own workload
  • Team player with a flexible attitude
  • Organized with a real attention to detail
