Job Description

The contract will be for 2-4 months with the potential of a permanent role for the right candidate. Part time hours are also available (3 day minimum).

Administrator required to update existing customer relationship management system and database. System is a customized application of office and the focus of the role will be to contact existing clients, updating their contact information, allocating them under specific groupings and capturing strategic information.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Pleasant and confident phone manner.
  • Understanding of/or ability to quickly adopt basic layered lines of questioning (training given).
  • Accurate data entry.
  • Excellent note keeping.
  • Excellent written/typed communications.
