Job Description

The role requires an extremely attentive and professional administrator. The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Strong and proven background in administration
  • IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of literacy and numeracy
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Flexible team member

The role will also include offering administrative support to our busy sales team especially during busy periods.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
