Job Description

This is a dynamic role with opportunities to expand your personal and professional skills within a patient focused setting.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Patient assistance services to include: answering telephones, providing information regarding the services we offer, scheduling appointments for treatments and diagnostic services.
  • Processing referrals to third parties
  • Scanning records
  • The ability to type letters in a time sensitive environment
  • Following up investigatory results
  • To ensure that the appropriate records are maintained and updated
  • Restocking of paperwork and clinical supplies
  • Processing payments
  • General Administrative duties
  • Providing support to your fellow team members
  • To act in accordance with the Data Protection Act and requirements
  • Deep cleaning scan rooms and weekly general maintenance cleaning of unit

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Accurate yet adaptable
  • Professional communication skills whilst maintaining a sensitive approach
  • Ability to use Microsoft Apps proficiently
  • Phlebotomy skills are desirable, however not essential as training would be provided where required
