Duties and responsibilities:
- Patient assistance services to include: answering telephones, providing information regarding the services we offer, scheduling appointments for treatments and diagnostic services.
- Processing referrals to third parties
- Scanning records
- The ability to type letters in a time sensitive environment
- Following up investigatory results
- To ensure that the appropriate records are maintained and updated
- Restocking of paperwork and clinical supplies
- Processing payments
- General Administrative duties
- Providing support to your fellow team members
- To act in accordance with the Data Protection Act and requirements
- Deep cleaning scan rooms and weekly general maintenance cleaning of unit
