Within Business Transformation Services my client are introducing a new CTMS platform to transform the business. As part of that they have identified the need for an experienced Business Test Manager. You will shape, define and lead the execution of the overall business test strategy. In this role you will also identify and introduce best practice methods using a mix of internal and potentially external resource.

Please note- This is not a computer systems validation role however you should be familiar with validation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* The delivery of and adherence to a Test Strategy across the program
* The delivery of and adherence to a Test Plan (across IT and Business testing)
* The delivery of and adherence to test estimates and testing timelines
* The planning and successful execution of UAT
* The structure and resourcing of the program Test effort
* Manage and coordinate all IT Testing activities and communications (incl. alignment with stream/workstream leads, validation coordinators and Vendor, triage meetings etc.)
* Defining Test environment needs and managing their utilisation
* Track and report on testing coverage, status, results and progress
* Report all test related issues, delays and impact to relevant Stream/Workstream Lead(s) and/or Program Delivery Team
* Align with or oversee other test teams when applicable (i.e. sys integration tests)
* Test team's resource management (incl. assessing & planning resource needs)
* Delivery of all necessary Test artefacts
* Ensure all required environments and tooling are identified, secured and user access in place (i.e. defects managements system etc.)
* Ensure adherence to the SDLC
* Familiar with validation in a GCP environment
* Preferably experienced in introducing test automation to a SAAS environment
