Job Description

The role will entail assisting and supporting the HR and finance manager with keeping records of all financial transactions. This will include transactions going in and out of the business. It will require recording, reconciling and auditing account data.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 3 years’ experience within bookkeeping
  • Experience with using SAGE 200 is essential
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office products
  • Experience of receiving and processing invoices for payment
  • Managing the sales ledger and reconciliation
  • Credit control
  • Must be Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) or equivalent (years of experience will also be considered)
  • Analytical skills
  • Has problem solving skills
  • Can display initiative
  • Excellent communication skills throughout the company and liaising with clients
  • Confident working independently in accordance to the company
  • Able to adapt to changes Responsibilities:
  • Use SAGE 200 to process client and suppliers’ invoices and payment
  • Recording, reconciling and auditing data
  • ADHOC work when needed
  • Credit control
  • Work with finance manager to maintain and upkeep files and introduce new processes to improve productivity
