Office Manager
Job Description
  • To compose professional and informative letters together with ability to produce additional written correspondence.
  • To insure compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • The ability of updating IT faults on internal systems.
  • Maintaining monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance support contracts and other scheduled invoicing requirements.
  • The ability to reconcile supplier highly detailed invoices and quotations etc.
  • The ability to manage and review diaries in a timely manner.
  • The ability to create payments to suppliers and dealing with company expenses.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • The applicant must have a professional and adaptable communications style both written and verbal.
  • Efficient administrative skills.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiastic approach.

There are no specific qualifications for this role, however, we welcome people with previous telecoms experience. Its transferable skills and qualities that we value here. The applicant will be part of a small and highly skilled team.
