We are looking for a friendly, personable character who will work alongside our existing receptionist, forming a team of two. You will be responsible for ensuring the professional image of the home and provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors. You will assist the home administrator and management team with general administration duties, such as filing and the upkeep of personnel files. You will have a professional telephone manner and direct incoming calls appropriately, manage enquiries to the home and show prospective residents and their families around the home, when asked by the manager.
