Job Description

My client is a residential managing agent who oversee a local portfolio across both Berkshire and Hertfordshire. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join the growing team and support a busy finance department. 

  • Supporting the Service Charge team with any admin duties
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with accounts receivables/payables
  • Assisting in circulating information to stakeholders and responding to requests as needed
  • Shadowing the Service Charge Accountant in raising service charge demands

This role would suit someone with either industry/out of industry experience within finance or a finance graduate who is keen to start or continue building their career within the sector with a growing business. You will be confident performing bank reconciliations and sales ledger duties with a high level of accuracy and organization.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience working within bookkeeping/sales ledger ideal
  • Highly organized and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator across all platforms
