Job Description
  • Being the first point of contact for all HR enquiries through the central inbox
  • Update the system on holidays, absence, probation, onboarding new starters, promotions etc.
  • Producing offer letters and contracts for new starters, taking their eligibility and documentation and running DBS when required as well as ordering in their equipment
  • Support the HR Director, Manager and Executive to deliver strategic HR initiatives and with ad hoc project work
  • Producing summaries of payroll changes and working with the third party payroll providers for any updates, commission or bonuses
  • Manage and process invoices for third party payroll companies and recruitment agencies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will ideally have over 1 year’s experience within a similar position
  • A HR qualification, whether that be a degree or CIPD
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Ideally used Cascade and/or Bamboo previously, although if not full training will be provided
  • Able to use your initiative and manage your own workload
