Being the first point of contact for all HR enquiries through the central inbox
Update the system on holidays, absence, probation, onboarding new starters, promotions etc.
Producing offer letters and contracts for new starters, taking their eligibility and documentation and running DBS when required as well as ordering in their equipment
Support the HR Director, Manager and Executive to deliver strategic HR initiatives and with ad hoc project work
Producing summaries of payroll changes and working with the third party payroll providers for any updates, commission or bonuses
Manage and process invoices for third party payroll companies and recruitment agencies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will ideally have over 1 year’s experience within a similar position
A HR qualification, whether that be a degree or CIPD
Strong communication and administration skills
Ideally used Cascade and/or Bamboo previously, although if not full training will be provided
Able to use your initiative and manage your own workload
