The key purpose of this role will be to formulate, control and critique the financial performance of the firm and identify commercial areas of opportunity and growth, as well as drive continuous improvements for the department. You will also be required to maintain communications and business partner with stakeholders across the wider business and other sites.
Duties will include:
-Manage a team of 2 direct reports and a further 2 indirect reports
-Management accounts preparation and analysis
- Manage the Business Partnering process
-Oversee/Review/Question full management accounts process
-Analyse both the P&L and Balance Sheet
-Budgeting and Forecasting
-FP&A and Strategic Business Planning
-Production of board reports
-Attend Senior Management Meetings
- Management of cost model
- Challenge budget holders on overhead spend
- Oversee weekly and monthly management reporting
- Provide support/ analysis on various commercial scenario's
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Various ad-hoc projects
