Job Description

• Administration of Payroll file - data entry - overtime, absence & holiday
• Credit Control - Around 50 accounts - generally very good, only handful to chase
• Maintain Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register
• Accruals / Prepayments schedules to update
• Maintain Cashbook
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Reporting Sales figures for the month
• Occasional inputting of Sales & Purchase Orders
• Assisting with Audit queries - annual
• Stock take data entry - twice a year
• Completing questionnaire
• Adhoc reports / queries
