Job Description

International Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Export Sales Manager - Middle East & African regions - High technology, mission systems, IT Networks, Communications, Air Traffic Manager, Aviation
 
· Developing new ways of positioning and promoting our complete product portfolio and our NPD programs with potential customers
· Gathering market intelligence and analysing market developments / trends in order to develop and maintain the regional strategy and identify future in-region opportunities.
· Achieving the regional awards target to contribute to annual awards budget for the business in line with the annual operating and long-term strategic business plans
· Providing Capture Management lead to multi-disciplinary teams for new business pursuits, developing and directing strategy to maximize win probability.
· Managing in-country partner relationships ensuring they understand and comply with the standards of our business ethics.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· As the Business Development Manager you will be technically orientated with a solution seeking mentality and the ability to cope with long lead times.  
· Knowledge and experience of managing bids and tenders and high-level negotiations of a technical nature would be advantageous; a foreign language would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
· You should have a proven track record of developing sales and relationships within direct, agents, resellers, integrators and or distributor's marketplace. Ideally this would be technical solutions or products into the Civil /Military Aviation, Aerospace, MOD or Government agencies but we are open on other backgrounds.
· You should embrace and thrive in an environment of change, especially with respect to new technology such as emerging communication and collaboration tools.
