Job Description
The role will play a vital part of the day to day running of the business. You will be the first and last point of contact for all visitors and employees. You will manage the venue, meet, and greet vulnerable clients. Ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable clients is essential. The role holder will have great opportunity to develop their skills and gain knowledge of the business. A great opportunity to be part of growth. The opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. Therefore, flexibility to work between the hours is essential.
The role will include a wide variety of responsibilities from
- Meeting and greeting claimants and their companions
- Carrying out other duties i.e., Fire Warden, First Aider and Evacuation chair operative (where applicable) responsibilities
- Updating CRMs systems and uploading documents to Casper and carrying out administrative duties
- Ensuring venue is always kept professional and managing the security of the venue
- Maintaining business office supplies by keeping an up-to-date record of stationary surplus
- Providing directions to claimants and their families over the telephone
- Contributing to the Strategic Management & Development of business
