Lead business development in your territory, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure and take accountability for the growth and increase of market share
Identify and develop new business opportunities that will increase market share and benefit the needs of patients
To develop and nurture the relationship with multi-disciplinary teams, both internally and externally enabling the company to build on its outstanding reputation, and to provide an efficient and accurate response to commercial opportunities
To provide the highest level of technical support to clinicians, surgeons and patients using company systems, in a variety of settings
Supporting difficult cases, i.e. candidacy, internal device selection, complex needs
Provide customers with the most up to date product and scientific information - engage and develop their interest and intent to choose us and our products
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Degree in Audiology - BSc/MSc/PhD
OR, 3+ years in Medical Sales, preferably Surgical/Theatre sales
Passionate about Healthcare and patient outcome
Demonstrable proactive, efficient and effective approach - able to work autonomously when required
Independent, strategic thinker, possessing a high level of commercial desire
